Procopio Tower’s above ground Public Parking Garage is located on floors 2-6. The Parking Garage is accessed via 6th Avenue and exits onto 5th Avenue. Elevators provide access directly to the main lobby.
Procopio Tower has an additional Private Parking Garage that is located below ground level. This parking option includes a reserved apace and is accessible only to Procopio Tower tenants who have specifically requested access. The Private Parking Garage is accessed via 5th Avenue and exits onto 6th Avenue. Elevators are located in the basement that will provide access directly to the main lobby and high rise floors of the tower.
Monthly parking is accessible to tenants as available. Monthly parkers will receive accessibility through their building access badges to park 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Although the parking garage is always open, the facility should not be used as a means for residential parking or car storage. If you require overnight parking, an application must be submitted.
Procopio Tower’s parking contract is handled by LAZ Parking. The office is located on the 2nd floor and is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Please observe all designated parking signage pertaining to reserved spaces for specific tenant use and drivers with disabilities. All parking restrictions will be strictly enforced.
